I went to inamed.com to do a surgeon locator and it won't let me without a username and pw. Okay, so I have to fill out a questionaire. But then I fill it out and they say "you don't qualify based on your entries". ummm, yes I do and I am getting the surgery in 5 days. I just want a list of inamed surgeons in Phoenix Arizona. Can someone who already has a user name and pw look it up and give it to me in a PM? Thanks bunches!

Since this was such a fantastic thread I thought i would add a little inspirational poem that applies sooooo very much to all of us... banded or not: Yesterday Yesterday has once again, come back to let me know. That my mistakes are not forgot, today again they show. Reminding me that once again, I failed in some small way. This recall is just a hint, of what I've yet to pay. Don't be fooled and think its past, when all seems good and fine. Yesterday can be a friend, it comes here to remind. It does it as a helpful voice, to keep us all aware. If we learn from its advice, then heart ache we may spare. So yesterday come visit please, remind me once again. Tomorrow comes just much to quick, mistakes I need to mend. What is the smallest size clothing you have in your closet? I still have a pair of jeans size 9 (i am 18/20) so I think they would fit a thigh if i cut out the crotch!

That is my biggest pet peeve is when people are not honest when I ask. For gosh sakes!! Don't send me out of the house wearing something stupid!! I mean, how many times have we seen a woman, obviously too BIG, in a belly shirt and thought.... doesn't she own a mirror or have anyone to tell her how bad that looks?

Hello all... was just wanting to know what steps you took toward exercising. How did you start off? What was your first "activity" in exercise. I am assuming that we aren't just supposed to run out and get a gym membership so does anyone have any suggestions. And please don't tell me Curves gym. Ug I don't like them, they have been fired. I am particualarly interested in how you rejoined the world of exercise. Also, some options for "free" exercise (i.e. ones that don't cost money to do). Be creative!!!! Thanks.

A caveat to this would be that you CAN deduct expenses for tummy tucks or skin removals following a WLS if...... the extra skin was causing pain/redness/soreness/blisters/other complications and the removal was necessary to the healthy well being of the individual and advised by a physician as a means to treat the ailments.

You have me so excited by your band day! I see everyone post their band days coming but this is the first time I really "followed" someone. Good luck hun! Let us know how it goes!
