Stetchmarks are caused by both losing AND gaining weight rapidly. So you may get stretch marks from losing too fast as well. I suggest Cocoa Butter in the morning and Vit E oil at night. Every day and night. This should alleviate problems. I only suggest this as I have no stretch marks on my breasts, none on my tummy and only a slight few on my back hips and front legs. I gave birth to a BIG boy and I have gained and lost 80+ pounds at least 3 times.... this will be my fourth time losing it (for good I hope).

I slip on after going potty... it is digital so it takes a few moments to think.... then in a booming voice says, "YOUR WEIGHT IS ....." The first time I used this thing was at the Christmas party. ROOM full of people who all heard this horrid thing yell out my weight. I was humiliated when I came back in the room and my mom says (as everyone is there), "oh good honey, you lost a pound". AAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHH! All I could do is smile and say, "yeah, and I was fully clothed, so I am doing good"... smile smile smile... reminder: dismantle digital talking scale.

My opinion: (worth about 2 cents) No the band does not make you eat better/healthy. Yes the band does make me think of food less. Yes the band does control my portions. Yes I do feel satisfied after my meals. Yes the band does require exercise and practicing self control (ie diet) for maximum results.

Well, I had made it through the holidays but I just sat here in my after holiday depressions and food guilt so I DESERVED A BREAK! I went to the phone and we went on a cruise. We had the best time ever! A MUCH needed relaxing vacation. A bit chilly but it was overall fantastic. We met another couple there too. She had weight loss surgery also so we immediately clicked with talking about the band. Plus, 2 other people at our lunch table said they had the band too! Then, when I was out at one of the shows, the guy next to me had the band. Here is one of my fav pics......
