I am almost 1 month post op... I was sleeved May 16... I had not thought about chewing ice! Thanks for the tip! Are you sleeved also?

Yes I know how you feel. I'm stuck again but as long as I don't got up its all good. Just waiting for the ok to go swimming and jogging

What about having someone ship it you? Would that be hard to do?

I think it's because our tummy has air that needs to be released. When we chew we put air bubbles in the food we swallow... I have been burping a lot since the surgery.

It took a week and half for mine. They submitter everything by April 23rd and i was scheduling my surgery May 5th.

I get very nauseated when i drink plain water... I have been drinking iced tea for two weeks... I have made Luzeanne Tea a little more richer lately

4 weeks for me... I will be four weeks this week and i should be able to eat normal foods by this friday.

Has anyone else had the grumbling and the gurgling noises after eating mushy foods? I ate refried beans an hour ago and I have been feeling my stomach move and make noise. Plus does anyone else burp a lot?

Does anyone else have a side pain after eating sometimes? I have a little pain on my left side like the kind you get from running... Am I alone on this one

Sleeved on May 16th and I have lost 21 lbs... I've stalled for the past 6 days but now i see it's normal... Just wishing it would jumpstart again...

I also had my surgery May 16th! I have also "only" lost 21 lbs. I feel a lot better I.E. my feet don't hurt as much, i fit into my clothes a lot better, my back doesn't hurt as much either. I have stalled for the past 5 days. I have not lost or gained any weight. I was also hoping to lose more before I go see my doctor next week for my 1 month follow up. I keep reminding myself that on my own i was only able to lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I am just waiting for the ok to exercise so that i can go swimming and lose some more weight. Good luck on your journey and don't lose hope! We'll get there!
