Thanks I'm reading this after eating cake and ice cream....don't judge lol and I wonder why my scale won't miraculously ignore this behavior. 1yr post op and no steady loss in 3 months. But also no gain other than 1-2 pounds which freaks me out to Make a drastic change but I haven't been consistent with that change. I MUST be the change I want period -

Unfortunately my nickname was Molly Moo Cow, and what hurt me so much was it was by the cutest guy. but as an adult I was able to tell him about it and how much it hurt me and he just shrugged it off and said not everybody is supposed to be thin. How wrong ? -

I have so many clothes that I have had a love affair with thru the years. Nice things, I've given several bags to the Salvation Army But just found a weekend Flea Market and will try to sell them for just a few dollars which will help fund my next lower size. -

I'm 11 months out and have lost 80 pounds from my highest weight. yes other have lost twice as much but thru this community and the encouragement I've received when I compared myself to other has convinced me to appreciate MY Journey and MY Achievementds.
