Wow I I truly sympathize with anxiety over the food issues at the office. But soooooo proud of your strengths and stick-to-it-ness Most people only wish they could be that person who makes a commitment and doesn't let anything stop them . Believe me for so many years I'd wish I was that person and always watched and admired that other person who is now YOU. Its so worth it wear you badge of honor proudly WE deserve it. -

Unfortunately this thread doesn't get much attention, just an occasional post here and there. But that could change, I find most of my questions unless ethnic specific are answered on all the boards. Good luck on your journey.

Christmas - New Year Challenge
gourmetone replied to Bea Amaya's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Evolving, miracles do happen! -
Merry Christmas This is only the second Holiday where I have dedicated some part of this day to exercise. I thank my sleeve for that, before, the whole time would be consumed with eating or thoughts of it. I was vsg on August 27th and slow losing but its coming off. Down total 55 pounds. And getting more committed to exercise.

Merry Christmas One of the reasons I decided to go through this surgery other than the need fire permanent weight loss was that my father had half of his stomach removed 35 years ago due to ulcers and lost weight and never gained it back. Which helped me to know some of the hills and Valleys. Which I used when I thought I had done the wrong thing.
