    thank you for the reply. Going to see my Nut next week. Still at a stall, scale hasn't moved. Clothes fitting a lot better but I would love to see the scale go down. Feeling great, but not sure what is going on. Congratulations to you! Best of Luck!

    i was sleeved 4/1 and have lost 25 pounds. stalled 4 weeks now...did you change anything in your daily routine to jump start the weight loss again? Very frustrated!!!

    I was sleeved 4/1. Down 25 pounds. Going though a 4 week stall and still no weight loss. Greek yogurt or egg for breakfast Tuna or turkey breast for lunch...sometimes a Protein shake laughing cow cheese and wasa crisp snack whatever dinner is for family. Haven't gotten much exercise in except for walking here there, but nothing steady. Trying to get at least 64oz of fluids daily. Really hope the weight loss starts up again.
