    Hello Everyone, I'm just one month post op and don't know where to get lactose free protein. I tried nectar and its too sweet for me even after I water it down. Any suggestions will definitely help! Thanks.

    Hello Everyone, I'm one month post op and having trouble getting in all my protein. I tried nectar and its too sweet for me, even after adding more water. I also can't tolerate milk anymore so any suggestions will help. Thanks.
