hey girl.. March 8th was my band date 2 yrs ago..I'm 2 yrs out and 140lbs lighter!..your gonna feel kinda groggy for a few days..but trust me when i say..its allllllllll worth it in the end... all the best, iamcanadian25

this morning at 5am..(yes that when i wake up..ugh)..i weighed in at 169.6lbs....i was going for 170lbs....so i'm .5 off.....after almost 2 yrs of hard, often ass kicking work, i finally hit my goal....130lbs baby!!!! good luck to everyone.. we can all do this..and i want everyone too experience this feeling!
