Hit my FIRST goal since sleeved 9/16 and it feels so wonderful. Wasn't sure if I would make it with medical issues and going on Prednisone, but here I am???? YAY!!!!

Its time for another challenge! This challenge will be beginning with the first weigh in on Friday September 5th. From there on after, weigh ins will take place Fridays. Last weigh in will be Friday October 31st. This will allow a total of 9 weigh ins in all. I will post the link for the spreadsheet once its the week of. You are definitely not an ass clown! I love that term though! LOL You are going through a normal process that is very cathartic and cleansing! It was probably the best thing you could do for yourself! I think you are going to do fantastic with your sleeve. You want this I can tell in your thread. Just hang on to those clothes because you are going to be in them before you know it!!

There is an Aldi's in Daytona on Nova Road. They are supposed to be opening 1 or 2 in Orlando sometime early next year. At least you have Whole Foods. I have to drive up there to go. There is nothing in Palm Coast!!

I have seen them off and on at Walmart but they are always at Sam's. Last week I checked at my Walmart and they didn't have them. I think people grab them up real quick when they are there. Have fun in Orlando..............I live in Florida and will be in Orlando myself!

I chose BeachLover because it is the one thing that can soothe my soul without even trying. I live on the beach and spend many hours getting my natural prozac fix. When I reach goal I am going to freaking surf and hopefully it won't kill me!!! This is a picture of the beach I love!

The Calcium inhibits the Iron absorption. You shouldn't take the Iron within 3 hours of the calcium in order to allow for complete absorption. Hope this helps!
