Makes me wonder.. Sometimes I wake up with lower right side belly pain ( not as much is the belly itself but a little bit to the right of it) it's tender. I mentioned it to the doctor and he more less shrugged it off some days I don't have it then other days it seems more tender.

I have that. But it may not be just head hunger . I make a protein shake and maybe a cheese stick lite. Still I'm under my calories goal of 1400 . It seems to do the trick. Now it routine for me to make a protein shake at night. I enjoy it and it keeps my metabolism going.

I do more walking than i do jogging, I might run sprints while walking a joggers pace and i get more out of it. Im glad everyone is doing good, we came a long way and we all should be thankful that we made this journey in life. What makes me grin now is hearing people say.... "Hey Skinny".. Thought I'd never hear those words. Always believe in yourself and nothing is impossible in life.

Good luck to you in your journey for a healthier life. I was sleeved 6/19/13 .. I weighed 478lbs and now Im at 226 lbs and feeling great! Make sure you get your daily walks in, try 15 mins a day to start out and don't over do it, drink plenty of water cut out all carbonated drinks and weigh and log all your foods. I only eat foods that have protein in it. I don't bother with bread but i did have a grilled chicken sandwich from Denny's and might not have another on until next month. Remember that this is not a race and living healthy has no finish line, choosing the right foods now and eating the right weighed amount will help you out as you progress down the road, don't ever miss a meal nor forget taking you vitamins

I haven't posted in awhile but I went for my year check up today (6/19/13 surgery date) as of today i lost 248 lbs. I rocked the clinic today. All my levels was good just take a little vitamin D. They Doctor said it was all my effort and just very little of his, but i disagree he gave me a TOOL to use to build my body. I'm now there official Sleeve spokesman and will be speaking at there seminars starting in July. But what Im proud of is between riding a bicycle and walking I logged in over 220 miles for the month of May... June , just half of that due to high heat. But i get out and get moving, swimming, and evening walks. This is a lifetime commitment where there is no finish line when you hit your goal, i weigh now 226lbs and at the age of 55 life has just began.....

Yes very much so. I love what I have accomplished in a year (6/19/13) everyone's post on here i could relate too and its help me get through things. I been using fitness pal to log my walks and my bike rides, and i looked at the month and i was impressed with 138 miles walking with a few bike rides for the month, and i posted on FaceBook that my goal was 200 miles in a month both walking/bike riding, 3 months past and i wasn't even close, so someone commented on it how was i doing on my goal, my reply was i think i raised the bar too high. Well this month i got in 202 miles in for the month, I'am so happy that i accomplished it. My prize was beside me patting myself on the back was i got my health back, at one time my heart refraction rate was less than 24%.. Its now 68%.. Im a tall person of 6'5 and always thought of my self on being tough but i cried with happiness after the test done from my cardiologist told me, i think he cried too after seeing me so happy with tears , for 10 yrs i lived thinking there was no hope, i came a long way from only able to walk 50yards. Now my Doctors support group batriatics Nurse said i been a big inspiration to everyone and they want me to come to the office the would like to ask me something and not to wait after our next support group meeting (once a month) I said would. I love everyone of you we mostly walk the same path in our life's struggle with weight. Things got better..... Life is good.. Peace

I cheated last night and for supper i had 1 slice of pan dish pizza supreme from Pizza Hut with the crust tore off ( like it made a difference) what i thought to be good tasted bad, the breading tasted greasy and the toppings was blah, not how i remembered it, then i felt kinda bad, not a dumping bad but not to spiffy. Thats the first time i tasted bread since June. I don't think i will want to try any pizza no more so Im back on my high protein foods.

I'm sorry this happen to you too. But in my case I'm just a butt hole and I just smile at them back. People tend to think we are stuck up cause we are so happy that the weight is coming off and we "glow" with happiness. I find myself just taking a step back from my weight loss and talk to the ones that whisper behind me. And its just a Hi and i like your out fit; just general talk, then others seem to come around. I know something's is not so easy we have to be thick skin. But i been told how amazing I look now and no many how many times i hear this, it sounds better than the first time i heard it but my reply is thank you but not as good as you look. I try not to be stuck up to them. I dropped another 4lbs, thats a total of 242lbs.. I was told thats just fantastic for the Sleeve .. It just amazes me
