When I reached my late 40's I started to notice that my joints hurt and I was not moving much any more at present time I am 51 and really sick at the wgt of 345 I can't do the things I took for granted like walking I don't leave the house to much any more except when needed my life is not good at this time high blood pressure, high chlorestorol' sleep aptena ' reflux ' knees and ankles hurt .
