I told my kids that mommy had to have surgery for gulstones..???. Yes, it's a lie, but, I didn't want the cashier at the grocery store to know about my band.. As for the not eating as much or the same things that I used to, They know that I'm on a diet.. And the little darlings havn't noticed that they are too!! It's all good.. I only got this soup at the chinese places.. Never made it my-self!! I have had my band 5 weeks and have not had the PB as of yet, If you listen to your body it (so the Dr.'s who don't live with a band say) can be avoided??? Only having mine 5 weeks I guess I'm not a good one to speak of it.. Do you have a band???

I lost the weight by cutting out fast foods and anything white... I am only eating wheat, seems to be just what the Dr. ordered, but I can tell that I am getting hungry faster now and I am ready for my first fill... How is yours??? Please let us know after you can use it...
