I have been putting vanilla protien shakes in my coffee as a substitute for creamer, then I get some protien with it and don't feel as guilty

What doctor in Mo is doing your surgery? I am in Mo and doing mine on the 8th as well... I know my Doc has three surgeries booked for that day?

You are a total inspiration!! I am starting at close to the same weight as you were, and cannot wait ( as wierd as it seems) to see the neck bones I actually have hiding under all this fat!! Thanks for sharing your pics with us!!
