Well in down 21 lbs its been a week an a half was losing 3lbs a day now none what is going on following everything to the T walking!!! Y did I stop losing stressing out!
Well im almost 2 weeks down 21lbs and stopped! Is this normal all I changed I added very puree soups like 8 oz a day and walking what im I doing wrong?
Had my surgery May 24th at first regretted it! I hate protein shakes and water is awful! Food smells give me nausea.. I really want to be successful any ideas im open for anything!
