Hi Y'all! I'll be having surgery in the next couple of months, but I'm also training for a 1/2 marathon in January. Has anyone been through this--a 1/2 or a maraton post-surgery? I want to know how to make sure I have enough nutrients to run/walk the full 13.1 miles! Thanks! Julie
