well I tried the protien shake again today and someone told me to hold my nose and drink it as fast as I can, so I did that and I couldnt taste it!!! the person that told me that said when you smell what you are drinking you will taste it. so try this trick if you dont like the shakes next time you have one.

I just tried chocolate whew protien shake and I thought it was the most disgusting thing I ever drank. I hope I dont have to drink this stuff for the rest of my life!!!!
