Ended up in emergency room and operating room.. Along with the weight came high. BP, high cholesterol, and I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 1st pregnancy. Made this life changing decision in April , and attended a seminar April 5 and met with the Dr. the 16th and the same week on the 19th met with Nut& physical fitness & therapist. Had the H-pylori test done submitted to insurance Monday April 22 . Heard from coordinator on the Friday 26th . She said the require 3 month Nut visits. My last Nut visit is June 4th. Oh by the way I have Aetna insurance and its self funded by employer. June 5th coordinator submitted to insurance and exactly a week later on the 12th they called and said I'm approved. Yea! Started this journey at 236 lbs. and I've been watching what I eat and have been eating yogurt ( had to learn to like it) , protein bars . As of this I am weighing in at 216 now on June 13th.. yea! I can be strict on myself and follow through, when it comes to losing weight. Due to Having an unknown cause- skin issue called Granuloma Annular, had to take steroids off and on for it and eventually slowly gained weight back. So I made up my mind and got off this weight roller-coaster, and started this new sleeve journey .
