I've been fighting back-pain for a lost a week without ibuprofen and sleep. We'll see if sleep is in the cards tonight. I'm nervously excited. I've got a great support network and lots of people on my side doing everything to make me know this is the right path. Sleep may not happen, but I'm gonna try! I hope you can sleep tonight and have as easy of a surgery as possible. Best to you!

Just packed my lunch for work tomorrow. Beef broth and some jello. S*** just got real. Lol. I've done great in the pre-op diet, down over 22 lbs so here we go! Good luck to those for June 10 and for those of us June 11 people good luck and see you on the flip side.

Pre op Diet Body Pain

Yes, I though it was just my nerves and stress, but mine hit 9 days in. I'm plenty hydrated, drinking 15 glasses of Water a day. I'm on Tylenol and using a heating pad. The heating pad has been the big healer for me so far. -
I'm on the 11th too! Good luck to you! I'm nervously excited! We're gonna rock this!

Pre-op appt was today. They said my heart looked good, I didn't even know I had one. Everything else is in order and ready for Tuesday morning. Have to arrive at 7am and surgery is at 9. Got my "Owner's Manual" and I'm ready for a positive restart.

As mentioned before it is a limit 2 so you may have to make a couple of trips if stocking up.

I believe they sell smaller amounts at Walmart and some local grocery stores. 6 packs and maybe singles.

They're on sale 5 bucks off per case til june 2. Premier Protein and Costco carries chocolate and vanilla.

Day 2 for me as well. Every time I feel the slight tinge of hunger, I drink lots of Water. I hope it gets easier for you. I've not had trouble yesterday or today. My difficulty will come Friday thru Monday when I work 10 hour shifts each day. Pushing lots of water when the RR is across the building. A big warehouse style building.

I'm glad you feel better. How did the pre-op appt go? I have mine next Thursday. I don't know how much time it will take, but I'm setting aside the whole day.
