When can you remove the bandages?

the big ones can be taken off by you now but let the small sterile strips(butterfly bandages) fall off.
  12. Hello! My name is Rene and I am in south Louisiana where the food is REALLY good!! (lol):hungry: I had my band surgery on tuesday, June 5th, 2007. (almost one week ago) I cannot believe how quickly I am pretty much back to normal (95%) I am still on liquids but will start soft in a few days. I am confident and scared all mixed into determinded. Does that make any sense? I LOVE:clap2: this forum. I was 231 one week before the surgery and am now 225. It is a good start!!! I was my biggest at 297 three years ago but over those three years slowly went down. I have been at this weight for a good 6 months to a year. I felt stuck. My thyroid does not work and my lifestyle sucked. I intend to change the lifestyle but must rely on medication for the thyroid. Hope to talk to all soon. We are all in the same boat but can share the paddling! Rene'
