Hi Everyone!
I am Joelle. I had surgery 9/13/12! I am down 134 pounds!! I would like to maintain my weight now but have no idea how!! Help me!! I am on Myfitnesspal.com and eat between 1k-1300 cals a day with over 100 grams of Protein. I walk 4-5 days a week and burn 6-800 cals when I do so. How do I maintain my weight? How many cals/carbs work for you?
