Embarrassed to post but i gained 155, ugh, lots of holiday snacking, my own fault, I'm certainly NOT going to make goal by the first, but Ima keep on trying, starting by stopping all the silly binging on snacks! Hope all had a merry Christmas!!

Mine is on the 30th, I'm trying to get and maintain the 140s but it's been tough this holiday as yall know but I'm not giving up, will let yall know in about 10 days but in the meantime, congrats again and happy holidays n enjoy the new Christmas and many more to come beautiful bodies that we all gained etc. Xoxoxo my friends????

Hope everyone had a gr8 Thanksgiving! It's ironic bc im still not able to swallow that well so i still don't get all My nutrients, esp protein n liquids. Todays weight 152.6, i'll take that loss, surprising from a few days ago, yippie!

Well, i didn't make goal but i did move downward. Goal was 149, I'm 152.6. I'll take it. It'll be a yr dec 30th, so it's getting harder to lose but my docs goal is 140. Hopefully whenever i go bck for my yr check up, I'll be at his goal, if i like it, I'll stay there, if not 135 is my cutoff, not over 140 maintenance. Hello Susan, tysvm as always and plz add me. I'll hit my 1yr mark on Dec 31st. So, im glad to hit it with such a great group of people and Happy Holidays to all! Docs goal for me 140, mine is 135 but if i like it I'll stay there, just need to work on toning and possibly surgery for the belly skin. Ok thx again Susan!

Hello all, my stats, hw 236.8, cw 154.4. Should b lower but like many, craving carbs are insane, trying to adjust to at least oneday where i don't feel guilty eating them , Crazy, but we can get through it, glad to know that it wasn't just me, was depressing. 2 more months, trying tgt docs goal of 140, mine is 135 depending on what 140 looks like, i still like curves. Keep up the great work all! !

156 today, ik that I'm still not drinking enough water and u think that's an issue w my losses, so Ima try and up my intake and c how close i can get to my goal of 149 next week bc i don't think i have the ability anymore to lose big anymore. Gl all.

Gained 2#s...same ups n downs but I'm trying to stay positive and not scared that i'll gain all of it back, ugh. Ready for the 1 yr to come so the pressure to get there will not b so gr8 in my mind, if they makes sense. Anyways continued successes.
