Good luck, nd I mimic what others have said...UK what's good for u, UK what uve been going threw for 12 yrs now, nd if they love u, they'll support YOUR DECISION, altho they may not like it. Ik gas pains can be in ribs nd shoulders, have u thot about gas? But then again, y just in the afternoons? Idk, sry. Is it happening after uve worked, perhaps doc is right concerning posture readjustments. Get heating pad nd use b4 nd after ur sessions, or just use it period for pain relief. Sry.

Hey John, welcome to the forum! Gl w the seminar and ask questions no matter how silly u think they are bc this is your life. I'm still preop. I have egd, psych appts next week. Glad u came nd updated ur situation for those who was concerned about u. It's good to know that you both are making positive changes but most importantly Im glad that you are making the changes within yourself so that you will know your self worth!
