Omgawsh, soo gross, lol!! -
I concur w the two posters about walk away the lbs. I've been doing Leslie sansones watp DVD since 2005. No matter my weight, nd even after knee surgeries, ive done her DVDs and they r amazn. And u can work up a sweat depending on which miles u choose, or keep it low impact. If u try just one, u won't b sry, ull get the others:). Just google her name and ull c all that she offers, the walking is measured in miles. U can even find some at Walmart. Gr8 product in my opinion.

We're you ever thin before surgery?
DeezJeanz replied to Reigo's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was an all star athlete! You name it, I did it. I graduated at 108 lbs, 5'2, and a lot of knee issues due to basketball, softball, track nd flag football. I even did nd won 2 pageants. But I always felt too skinny, I wud wear shorts under my pants to make them tighter and belts too bc I had such a small waist. I hated it. Then went to college, got up to 118, did a pageant there as well. Graduated and started work as a respiratory therapist, gained weight bc of the way I started eating bc of my long shifts. I got up to 128 and was happy at that weight but wanted muscles, so started lifting. Got married and had my baby girl. Was on bed rest for 8/9 mths, gained 60 lbs w her. Had her, cudn shed the weight, horrible divorce...sorry human being, my father cheated on mom, sister ran away bc she got pregnant b4 married, life sucked. We then opened a family restaurant tryn to repair our messed up family, mom had bck surgery, almost died, I lost down to 145. I started playing coed softball, met new hubby, mom nd dad divorced after 36 yrs, she moved in w hubby, daughter nd myself, they had ugly divorce, I gained bck to 175. I started bck at hospital, put myself threw massage therapy school, graduated, gained to 200, started my own business, got pregnant again, gained to 220, again 100 per bedrest. Moved to New home, hubby adopted my first daughter, hubby went into military, moved to sc for nuke school, hated it, gained to 248.8. Dieting a lot by the way. Had a hard time in sc, moved to fl, then stationed to va but on the stop to c my mom in Alabama from fl, she was diagnosed w stage 4 lung cancer. I wanted to die!! I stayed bck nd took her to tx, loss Down to 171. That was.from 2007-2010. She went into remission, praise God, such a strong woman. I moved to va at 190. Moms cancer spread to brain in 2012, went home, then spread to spine, paralyzed her. So I went home to take care of her bc she lived alone, I watched her take her last breath last Oct, I thot I died too. It's still bad but I can hear her telling me to stop hurting myself nd finally help myself. I'm at 235, 5'3 nd I love nd miss my mom, but finally decided to start fighting for me nd living. I gained 30 lbs from last Oct to now, 3 knee surgeries...need double total knee, nd comorbs started creeping in. Her bday is August 5 th, nd I told her that I will make her proud nd choose to live. So gla of us on this journey. Thx for reading. I'm still presleeve but I will say this...I'll never complain of being to skinny again, if I ever get there!! Congrats to u all pre nd post:) Ps...my driver's license still says 118 nd I refuse to change it unless I'm lower. Lol;) -

Down 85lbs and I'm loving it
DeezJeanz replied to Tyas84's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Congrats, keep up the gr8 work:)) -
Hey Pat, UK, It wud be good as they've said to speak to a therapist about it bc it is a real issue w obese people after wls. It's like an anorexic who sees themselves as being obese when its soooo obvious to everyone else that they are usually just skin nd bones. They too have to seek out therapy bc it is a mind thing majority of the time. It cant hurt to chat w som1. I'm presleeve so, guess I'll c what happens soon enuff. Actually, I c myself as disgustingly fat now, but when I have told people of my weight, they say, "no way u weigh that much, you carry it well!", I'm 5'3 nd 235, how can that be carried well:/ newhoo, gla, us:))

Oh gawsh yes!! One of my many diets! I used it prior to my hubby comn from overseas in 2011, then12, nd once this yr and I lost about 30ish lbs but I'm here now, guess u know y :/ and u r correct in sayn its almost exactly what we do now (will be, not yet). Or at least the concept... It's protein filled, vegetables, fruit but u have to work ur way threw the phases b4 adding veggies nd fruits at first. Google it, they have the menus nd phases online. Ive done just the first part and lost 11 lbs n 5 days, but I get tired of just meat sometimes. I won't dog it out bc its worked wonders as I've needed it too, but, again, I'm here:/ gla:)
