Dont beat urself up or dwell over it, ur finally doing somthn about it so be proud of urself. This surgery is NOT EASY OR THE EASY WAY OUT, so know that ur fighting to b healthier. And know that once its done, the numbers will b awesome, praise God. Now, stop worrying and welcome ur new life!

Welcome home n grats to u! And yes, ive read others who've asked the same question as u bc they wanted food. Remember, its a tool to help us and according to my surgeon, it doesnt take away the head hunger bc we have grown accustomed to not knowing real hunger, hence, we r overweight. But u hang in there and tell ur lil head to chill n let ur lol tummy heal:)) gl n God bless. U got this

Fran Fran Fran, what to say but wow girl!! U wear it like a "sleeve" pun intended:). U look amazingly gorgeous. If u don't mind me askn, did u have any plastics or skin removed? How tall are u? Regardless, just beautiful. Lord willing, it'll b my turn Dec 30th. Been trying since May this yr. Preop visit Friday n Liqs on Monday! I can't wait to b like u! God bless and work it:))

Lol, I actually had to reread, weeks or months bc som1 told him that they are barely eating out of the pureed stages at 3 months my h less a steak at 5 wks. But yes, it said weeks! I'm trying to find the post now...he says steak, fried foods somthn about drinkn an amt in 5'. Titled I'm 5 wks out and can eat anything I want.

Idk if its true either but I get the point . I will say this, last night I wandered onto a topic on this site, not sure the title but it made me click it. It was a guy who was sayn that he was 5 wks postop and can eat an entire steak n named a few other things, and said hes doing it wo any troubles! He stated that he's lost x amount of weight, it was a lot, and he had a before/after of himself. He says that he can eat whatever he wanted to bc the key to success lay w being in the gym and hes there a lot. I congratulated his wl and said, u shud b careful w ur new tummy, n just bc u can doesn't mean u shud but gl. After reading others who tried giving him sound advice about killing himself and ripping the surgery line and following the stages, I unsubscribed. So its possible that if he keeps eating that way, he'll kill himself bc being only 5 weeks out, how can he not, God forbid, but he's been warned.

I pray that today's sleevers are recovering well n that evrythng was textbook! Let us know how u all are doing soon:) As for tomorrows group, many many prayers for a restful night and a successful surgery and recovery! Congrats and can't wait to join my brothers n sisters on the road to a healthier n happier US!! GOD BLESS ALL OF U n gn:)

Congrats! Uve lost almost 100 lbs in 5 wks!?! Omgsh, gr8j. Just mho, b careful still w ur eating choices bc u don't want to hurt ur tummy being so newly out! I'd love to say, if u can do it, then do it, but again b cautious. Gl and njoy the ride in its stages:))
