    My sleeve paper work says "no alcohol until 1 month post op"... I've sipped on a glass of wine & I was fine... Good luck

    I bought a 2 pound tub of Whey Isolate vanilla cream ($20) from Walmart... Each scoop is 30g... It's low in calories & tastes great w/ water or skim milk
