Thank you!! What is the 5:2? I will have to try the different diet. My trainer has switched it up. We do cross fit 2x a week and then strength 1x a week. Ill try the low carb and maybe more the vegetarian route too. I will keep you posted!!

I know! My family and friends give me crap about it. In a good way. I liked your first picture of the cheese plate. At first glance I was like did she eat anything. Until I saw the nibbled cheese. Lil.

I was sleeved on July 15th and some days I just don't know what to eat or satin can be such a chore. I like that I can check out what you had and or the recipes I hope you keep it going. I book marked your blog!

Hello I am five weeks out and I am having a bond fire with my parents and kids this weekend. We are making smores and I'm not intrested in eating those. All I wanted to do is roast a marshmallow and take a bite. Would that clogged my new stomach? I am so afraid to eat anything because I don't want to hurt myself. Any suggestions welcome.

Hello I'm from Mn had my sleeve done by Dr Laura July at unity. My sleeve was done on 7/15. Doing ok get to have pureed foods next week. So tired of cream Soups and Protein shakes.

Hang in there! I was sleeved 7/15. I feel your pain. I'm so ready for pureed foods. LoL. I cant do broth either. I get to start cream soups tomorrow. That might also help depending on your liguid regimen.

Hello I was sleeved on 7/15. Everything is going good. I feel so far the best today. I am making sure that I am getting my liquid intake for the day. That has been a struggle. Today has been the best so far. I was wondering when can you eat the cream Soups and how much? My diet progression says to start that about a week after surgury I tried about a Tbs today and I did fine. But since I am not technically a week out I felt that I was cheating. I don't want to do anything to hinder my progress. I just cant do the clear broths I have no desire to eat that. Ok one other embarrassing question. When did you have a normal bowel movement? I am passing gas. But no movement. Should I take some milk of mag tonight??? Oh how embarrassing. :}

Hello! I just found out today that I have been approved by my insurance to go ahead with surgery. This came as a relief as I have been working on this since January. I am looking at having surgery about the second week in July. Can any one tell me more about the pre op diet and what to expect?

Hi everyone. My name is steph and I live in MN. I am new to this site and it has been so informational and insperational. I wish I knew about this site sooner. I am close to hopefully scheduling my surgury. I have my last clinical nurse appointment and dietition appointment next week. How long is it until surgury schedule then? Also I have about two more lbs to hit my pre surgery weight goal. Any suggestions on to get those last peak pounds off?? Thanks Steph
