I should be getting sleeved at the end of Aug. my file should be submitted July 19...I plan to make sure I have no vitamin deficiencies. I am going to get all 80 oz of water and plenty of exercise.

I think any difficulties in your breathing you should go to the Er bypass the doc office they don't have all the equipment. Not trying to scare you or anything but two times in my life I have experienced shallow breathing after my Caesarian and I had pneumonia and fluid backed up in the chest cavity... Better be safe then sorry. My dr assured me that it was nothing and to do breathing exercises and I did but it wasn't good enough. I hope it's not the case with you.. Please go get checked out.
