If you are 6 days out, chances are, you have already lost. I lost my first 31 pounds in the first week. Then, once I started reintroducing food, the weight loss slowed. It averages now from 5 to 10 pounds a week. You might not see the changes yourself, but they are happening. I did not notice until I put my work uniform back on. Lost so much, that I need new uniforms. Even though, to me, it did not look like I lost. Also learned that the scale is not your friend. I was weighing myself throughout the day and would get very discouraged because my weight would fluctuate. So now I weigh in every Tuesday, first thing in the morning.
