Yep dietician has my on a muti Vitamin 2 x a day and Calcium . I take Perth Protein its one of the highest protein whey powders on the market and my good friend sells it . It's not flavoured and I mix a bit in Water and drink it down . It's not thick either which is a huge bonus . -

I've had mashed potato and gravy too but could only eat a very small amount . -

If it makes you feel better I almost spewed on the treadmill at the gym due to gas build up This morning .I'm 2 weeks out and burp all the time especially when I eat . In the morning my stomach sounds like a pride of lions going off , due to gas . I'm not taking anything for it but after this mornings little episode I'm going to go and get some .

Nawwwww no , just remember you have had major surgery and it will take a while for your body and your mind to adjust . We are all here if you want to ask anything or need advice . I'm on different instructions from my Doc in Australia .... 2 weeks of clear fluids ... It's going to kill me cause I'm so bored of it already but I just challenge myself about how much I will weigh by then . Keep busy x -

Won't lie to you guys , you do feel lousy and sore but they will look after you on hospital.Everybody experiences different things and make sure you tell them how you feel . Just think of the big picture at the end .... Hello slimness !
