I'm a 35 year old at 6'5" and 365#. 10 days before surgery and started a liquid diet this morning. I am excited for the most part; any advice from you vets? John

My pre-op is just a ten day low carb, low sugar liquid diet. Clear liquids two days prior. -
Hi folks, I'm John. I'll be attending my third group meeting this week for my three month insurance prep and final doctor visit in August. I'm anxiously awaiting this new change in my life. Anyone from the Nashville area?

Don't feel guilty. We all have our reasons, excuses and stories of how we got here; this is a great tool to change our life. I'm just thankful we have this "group of friends" here to experience and share in this with us.
