I'm about to start my 2 week liquid diet. My surgery date is 17 June. So I have a little over a week before I start. Any tips?

My doctor requires 4-5 days on inpatient stay after surgery. So I'll have surgery Monday the 17th and if it goes perfect he'll only make me stay until the 20th or 21st....anyone else doc require this long of a stay? -

I have tricare and I'm having my surgery done at a military treatment facility in Bethesda Maryland. So insurance isn't an issue. Everything is covered except my food and even that is covered sometimes. I'll also have one hernia repaired. But before I knew that he told me that was standard for VSG for his patients. He took my gallbladder out 3 weeks ago and did a fantastic job! Scars are minimal and I heeled rather quickly. -
