I'm on my clear liquid diet today but I am having. Hard time with broth...it's grossing me out and I can't drink it without gagging today I've only managed water, one sugar free frozen ice thing, and the magnesium citrate and i need ideas for the broth to get it down. I tried beef broth and chicken and I just can't. Help anyone?

I'm using the H-E-B brand I think I might just need Swanson or to make my own broth and let my family eat the fillings in the Soup. Sent from my iPad using VST -
I love soup and I always eat the broth...idk maybe it's the combination with the magnesium citrate?

Also I wanted to ask I know there is going to be wt restriction post op but how long before I can lift. I have critical care clinical in the fall and y'all know nursing students get asked to help lift and move patients I just want to make sure ill be ready for clinical. -

I am 24 and no kids but I'm a nursing student and after going through childbearing nursing I decided it was best to wait till after I was at a healthy wt to have a child....granted I am still pre-op it is less stress on the body at a lower wt and the risk of gestational diabetes is decreased at a lower wt Pre-pregnancy -
Your got approved so much faster than I did, my 6 month appointment was inn feb and they didnt submit till march and then I didn't know I needed a second opinion till mid April.....then I was approved for RNY not sleeve so had to resubmit. Was approved yesterday but no date set because they had to "re-look at my chart...
