    Sleeved 7-16. Down 9 lbs. Scale moved last night for the first time in over a week. Nearly cried at 1.5 lb lost.

    I will have to look for those. I find the shakes too sweet but try to force one down. I add peanut butter to up the protein. I saw some pb flakes today at central market that have 85% less fat. Hss anyone tried them?

    I purchased my vitamins at Wal-Mart. Nearly all off brand. They taste like gummy bears and I love them I bought the caramel flavored calcium chews. They taste like candy. The worst is the liquid b12
