I was supposed to have my surgery this Monday, but has been pushed back till the following Monday the 17th. Still very excited and glad my doctor does not require and preop diet. Best to luck that are having surgery this week! -

Saying hello I am starting my new journey

I am new myself. I had the lap band done in 2007 and removed in 2008. Had complications for the entire year I had it even though I lost 100+ pounds. Had to get it removed due to it slipping out of place and causing internal bleeding. 3 months later I got pregnant and gained all of my weight back. Now my son is almost 4 and I have been ready to get another weight loss surgery. Had my first appointment with my surgeon on May 21st. I will have my EGD scope on June 3rd and my surgery on June 10th. Can't wait for the journey and to get my healthy small self back.
