After the passing of my grandmother in December 2012, I realized it was time for a change, to better my health and my life in so many ways. I have been struggling with weight my whole life. When I was about 18 I had a physican reccomend me getting weightloss surgery, but talking to family we agreed I was still young. Now that Im 24 things have only been worse and my health hasnt been that great. Im tired of being in pain, my back knees and feet. Im tired of not having all the confidence i shoulod have. I wont ride rides at the local ammusement park only scared of rejection of being too big. I hate walking in front of people, i hate not being able to find clothes that fit right. And ive always wanted to join the military. I decided with this surgery I can get my life back and do the things I always wanted to and to not have that fear, that anexity. I know that there is so much more out there and im tired of holding back. As a child my mom always had me on diets and differnt things and nothing ever worked, i was active in sports, I played soccer for 15 years, but i guess after highschool I just let myself go. Its been almost 3 months of weight documentation, and I have already done many of my pre op tests. Ive been so happy and anexious during this time and I know its only going to keep getting better! I have until september to finish my weight documentation, til i can send everything into my insurance company. I dont have transportation, to get to local support groups, so i decided that this would be best for me ! [/color][/i][/font]
