Most of my friends and family members know about my surgery and two of my close coworkers. One of my coworkers who didn't know about my sleeve has witness me eat and throw up right after a numerous of times. I am down 60 pounds so its noticeable that I am losing weight. Well she told some of my bosses and they were all concerned and called me in to a meeting to address my eating issues lol. They said that I don't eat much and then throw up right after, they gave me treatment options and information. The 2 people who knew about the surgery were laughing, they didn't say anything because it wasn't there news to tell. I had to tell them about my surgery. Guess the cats out of the bag. Their faces were priceless. There hearts were in the right place.

I don't finish the string cheese I don't keep time on my water. I am going to start doing that see if it helps

For me is not my friends its my sister. She is a year older. When she calls and I am at the gym she tells me that I cant be hotter than her and she needs to lose weight too which she doesn't. She calls me from the gym to rube in her weight loss and tells me not everyone is as lucky to lose weight and not do anything. I went off on her. I told her do you think I sit in my couch and eat junk food all day? Because I don't I go to the gym 5 times a week, count calories and don't eat junk food. She still makes little comments but not as much anymore.

My hair is falling out like crazy. You can see scalp now. I feel like crying. My hair was already thin as it was.

I really don't know. My surgeon told me maybe I am eating too fast and not chewing enough but I don't think that's the case. I am really starting to hate to eat. I am now on Zofran for the vomiting. I had an ultrasound and a cat scan plus blood work and it all looks normal. I get sick at least 4 times a week two times a day.

I am in did 3 miles today. I know I've done more but I am going to start with today.

Sleeved May 31. Surgery weight was 267 Current weight 207 that's 60 pounds lost. Finally broke my 2 week stall and lost 2 pounds.

You look amazing. I am so jealous! I can't wait to be down 100 pounds. Any tips or advice that you can give us? Did you work out? If so what did you do? What was your diet like? Examples for Breakfast lunch dinner. Did you have cheat days? Did you count calories? If so what was your target? Sorry for the million questions lol.

I was sleeved on May 31 and also lost 55 pounds. I was 267 now I am 212, I am also worried that I've stopped losing. I've been stuck at the same weight for almost 2 weeks

How long did it take to lose 123 pounds?

Haven't lost any weight. Still 214. I go from 212 to 214

Mine was on top lol. I was so uncomfortable with my weight that I hated the way I looked. My hubby would tell me I saw you have 2 c sections and I've held your hand when you were sick, I love you no matter what and think your beautiful but I just couldn't do it. Well finally after losing 54 pounds and feeling better about myself. We got a hotel room and I got on top and it was amazing. I was missing out. And the whole time he was telling me how sexy and beautiful I was. It was definitely one for the book lol. Too much tmi sorry

Ok this may sound a bit self centered but I wasn't chubby my whole life so its nothing new here. I use to have fan clubs before I got married and popped out 3 beautiful kids. For me is more giving myself the attention I deserve. Its funny what a pretty girl can talk a guy into doing lol.

I want in too! Current weight is 214 Goal weight by Halloween is 194 Thats 20 pounds to go! I really want to be under 200 lol.

So far I have lost 54 pounds and couldn't be happier. But I don't see the difference and I am still buying the same size I wore before surgery. It looks too big for me but its my security blanket. Not sure if that made sense lol. I hope my brain catches up quick so I can truly enjoy this.

I had two c sections. Last one was with my twins. My c section recovery was by far easier than the sleeve recovery.
