When do we start this liquid diet? and for how long? I am gonna meet with my surgeon on Friday, should i start now? and what about my vitamins? Do i stop taking those while i am on this liquid diet? So much to know....help!

Bones not that strong could also be a lack of calcium....keep up the good work!

What kind of workout are you doing? Cardio? weights? both? and how does it affect your stomach? any pain?

I am scheduled to meet with Dr. Fedorka and they just called me and told me who i had the appoinment with... I didn't choose. I guess it all depends on who has open surgery dates when you are ready. I know Chin & Fedorka work hand in hand together though. I have heard so many great things about Fedorka so i am happy. Hey T, I didn't know they were opening in May, maybe i might be having it done in Fontana then....alot closer to home.

Hello guys, My name is Robert and i am on here from the Inland Empire part of So. Cal. I am happily married and the father of 3 children and 3 grandchildren. I am looking to get sleeved very soon (will get my surgery date this Friday) and start my journey to a more active and healthier life.
