Hey guys I'm Aaron from above I had to create another profile cause that one got locked out. To answer your question no I don't drink Protein shakes and I only used them the first month post op. also those pics are 3 months old I have some more recent ones below' date=' and I've stopped running all together because I kept losing well past my goal and I wanted to gain muscle.
