I am 4months out of my surgery (VSG) and I feel good! Way more confidence! But I was looking into getting a TT done but. .. I'm 24 yrs old single no children, I'm not sayin i'm gonna go get preggers right now but being that I've been big all my life I feel like my "dating life" is just going to start and I want to look my best so I want a TT done by like next year or so, my question is would I be able to have kids after that? Any advice is welcome. I like realistic answers but idk..... please help! !

I feel like my weight loss journey is taking too long. I don't feel like I'm in a good place right now kinda like I've reached a stand still... is this normal? I'm going to start exercising more now and throw in weights but I need to eat healthier (I know) but I can't think of stuff to make... I bought a recipe book but it's like crazy stuff. I want simple healthy stuff I can make quickly and take too work... any suggestions as to certain exercises or recipe books? ? Please help!

To be honest I knew for a fact that the surgery WAS NOT the easy way out but I think deep down inside I kinda did, I wanted my surgery & body to do the work instead of me..... which I now know it's super wrong but the important part is that I've come to realize it's not, AT ALL, and now I wanna put in my part (hoping it's not to late)

I am 22 days post op and I wanna drink! I dnt mean to sound like a alki, but I have a work event going on. What's the earliest you have started drinking, and any regrets?

How soon until I can get on rides? My op date is 5/23

So I am on 11 days post op and I have just been a little grumpy girl. .... everything and everyone annoys me so much, and I feel weak. I am not drinking enough protein and this I know for a fact, but I can't stand Isopure or unjury. And I barely finish 1 protein shake a day (about 30grams) does anyone have a better way to get protein? Is their protein capsules I can take? ? Also something to calm me down. ... I'm pretty sure my family and friends are tired of my crabbyness. Lol

I know I am supposed to be on strained food diet for 17 days, but my family is going to the lake this weekend to bbq and go boating. My 17 days ends the 12th and the lake is on the 9th. Would it be bad if I ate some chicken that weekend... or shrimp? Lol this is me being a fat girl but man! Help please! Did anyone else stop liquid stage early?

Did anyone get blood blisters by your incisions? ? I got a few and Idk what to do about them.

I'm supposed to be taking my vitamins but I haven't bought the Bariatric vitamins do you guys think that a regular vitamin & the regular calcium would be the same thing? Or would it be too hard on the stomach? they're chewable.

My Personal opinion is I thought it was disgusting too and so is Isopure I did not like it, any suggestions on what I can take other than that?
