Hi all. I didn't weigh in or check in here last week because I have been in such a TERRIBLE state of depression lately. I don't know why? My life is going fine, my work is fine and my weight loss is going good. I cry at commercials for God sake!! Just say boo and I say boo hoo hoo. Maybe it is just winter bluuuuuues. We didn't have snow all winter until just before spring and then WHAM! We have been getting a ton of it. I had a meeting at work last night and it started snowing when I was leaving at 8 pm. Well It was a total white out and I couldn't see anything in front of me. I was driving about 10 miles an hour and could only see the first yellow line of the center of the road to guide me. My 20 min. drive turned into a 45 min. drive from Hell! I made it home and all is well but I still want to CRY! I WANT SPRING, SUMMER! I WANT WORMTH!!! Sorry to cry on your shoulders. I love you guys and gals!! Here are my stats today C-213 (-92 total -4 this week)

No need to go searching. Here I am!! I didn't use my scooter when I had my surgery. I just used their Large wheelchairs at the hospital. I didn't have to fly so I am not sure about traveling with one. I know that when My mom Flys she calls ahead and tells them that she need a wheelchair and someone to take her to the gate. They take here right into the plane and she sits in the front seats. She is not like me. she is skinny so I am not sure about the seats. I DON'T FLY! big chicken here!! Let me know if you have any more questions? Good luck!

I have the VG band and it was very hard to find the "sweet spot" I have had 8 fills and I'm at 6.8cc. I think I'm there this time but who knows? I know I am restricted but I might be too restricted. This band is a blessing for me but it sure is a pain! In the mornings I CAN'T eat anything and water even hurts a little. but I do losen up later. Not much but some. I really really have to be careful of what I eat. No matter how much I try I just can Not eat bread of any kind. I try and try and chew and chew but no go. Good luck and just keep trying to find that "sweet spot" You'll find it soon enough.

It finally snowed here in The White Mountains of Arizona! We have waited all winter for some moisture but have got none! We are in a major drought and needed moisture in the worst way. It is over 14 inches right now and still coming down strong. Not suppost to stop until sometime tomorrow! Welcome to Spring! I know we need it but I wish it would have come in smaller increments. My poor dog, Cowboy (chihuahua) is not happy with it at all!!!! We clean off the ramp and in just a few min. it is all covered again. Poor boy! He trys to go into the deeper snow and he just disappears. Here are some pictures I took this morning.

It's still snowing! Well over 4 feet now. OMG will it never end? We had a really bad night. Our heater went out. I got up a 1 am and it was so cold. The blower on the heater went out! Very cold night and still cold today. Only to get to 29 today. Someone is here to fix it so please cross your fingers for me!!!!! I have so many layers of clothes on that I probably weigh the same as pre surgery! YES, Vera come on over and bring the kids. We have a great hill right behind us that the kids love to sled down!

No it doesn't happen to everyone. I have had 8 fills now and it only happened to me on this last fill. I couldn't get water down so my fill dr. took out .2 cc. If you have your fills under fluro then you probably wont get over filled. But I'm not really sure. 5 of mine have been under fluro and 3 haven't. My last was not. When I get a blind fill she always has me drink lots of water to make sure it goes down ok and it did, but the next morning I was tighter than tight. I couldn't wait a week. I had my fill on Tuesday and had some removed on Thursday. I would have been in for the removal on Wednedsay but she is only in her office Tues and Thurs. Wednesday was a very bad day!!
