I was cleared for wine at 1 month, but I don't drink very often because of the calories. I eat "smart ones" pizzas all the time! They are 300 calories and 17 grams of protein and taste amazing! I probably started eating them when I was 2 months out.

Hey guys, I am only 3 and a half weeks out, so I know it is not going to happen any time soon, but can someone tell me when I should be able to eat a salad again? It's been too long!!

When I asked my doctor about alcohol, he said, "I'd wait 2 or 3 weeks". I am over 3 weeks out and haven't had any wine yet, but I hope to for 4th of July. While I am not a lush, the past few weeks sure have made me recognize how much eating and drinking plays a role in social events. Because I chose not to tell anybody about this surgery, I pretty much have isolated myself for the past couple of weeks. I can not wait to rejoin the world where I can sip on a glass of wine and dine with my friends again! (In moderation) Cheers!

What is the difference between "sliming" and " the foamies"?

I am a little over 3 weeks out and the first week I lost 9 pounds, the second week I lost ZERO, and the third week I lost 4. I think it is pretty normal and our bodies are just adjusting. You will lose weight again, I promise!
