I am addicted to the GLADIATOR protein shake from Smoothie King. I get the strawberry powder and mix with passionfruit and kiwi juice. DELICIOUS!

Ok question.....are u really taking Flinstones, because u definitely need to take adult vitamins and if those aren't working you made need to order some that are specific for people who had WLS. -

My doctor also said " whenever i felt comfortable" so 1Week out i was back active but careful. 3 wekks out business as usual!

I had my sleeve on 4/24/13...and have lost 30 pounds. My only problem is the reflux and hearburn, i feel like my food gets stuck, so I rarely eat (not that I am hungry). I take Nexium everyday, but it doesnt seem to help.....just a little frustrated.
