I never used any pain meds once I left the hospital, had zero pain when I got home, only fatigue and weakness for a while. Best thing I have ever done for myself!!!! Would do it again 1,000 times Good luck!!!!! It changes your life in such a positive way!!!! Sent from my iPhone using VST

Everyday is different still for me and I'm 3 months out. Yes I hate the whole 8oz yogurt at 2 weeks out and it's fine. I buy carb master yogurt so it only has 4 carbs and 9g of Protein. As long as u are eating good protein it's ok. No worries!!! Sent from my iPhone using VST

Girl, you have done amazing so far and when I read this my heart breaks for you, but you are strong and you need to pick yourself up, pat yourself on the back and move forward. You're healthy and only get one shot in this life time so make it the best!! You can make the right choices and please get out on your own when the opportunity presents itself.
