I had my surgery almost two years ago. I am very sad to say I have gained almost 20 lbs of the 35 that I lost. It really feels hopeless right now. I would like to get back on track ,but not sure I can. It may be to late for me -

thanks, maybe this is a good first step back. i have no one to talk with about this, so I really feel all alone. Trying not to feel too sorry for myself.
