I feel that we have a happy strong marriage. We had serious talks about the changes. He is very supportive. Buying the items I need to get healthier. Etc.. So sorry that you are going thru this. -

Surgery May 22. SW 265 CW 239 Starting size 22 Current size 16-18 Exercise 5 times a week I'm hoping I'm under 200 by December 6 when I turn 40. -

Misty remember that the healthier you become the slower the process. The important thing is that it's you are still feeling the inches coming off. Also my nut says that sometimes you need to increase your calories to start losing again. Of course, healthy calories. Congrats on your weight loss. Don't give up -

And I'm down 21 lbs and 3 dress sizes. I think I'm losing quicker than lbs. no complains here.

So I bought a polar ft4 and I am wearing it all day to see how many calories I burn in a day. I can't say I don't like the numbers. is it okay that I count it from all day ?
