    I'm a slow loser too but I'm ok with that. As long as I keep losing, I'm happy. SW 265 CW 227 From 22 to 16/18 Over 20 inches lost I eat healthier , exercise 5 times a week and actually enjoy it. Zumba, Yoga and Cardio

    Gman, thank you for taking the time to provide "useful" information. At times people are just too clouded to just see a simple piece of beneficial info without turning it into something it's NOT. Their loss. Truly no pun intended since it wasn't even read by some. It helped me understand a lot.

    I use MFP and I would keep the sugar count. Yes it's included in the carb count but their are simple & complex carbs. You definitely want to know if you are consuming to much sugar. I too check the numbers when I've been at a stall for too long. It helps a lot. I love your creation. I would buy one too. Awesome work

  12. Hope you are enjoying yourself in my hometown. I'm in Miami beach and I know exactly what you mean. I get the looks too. Just enjoy yourself and have fun. Btw nothing wrong with being conservative with your hard earned money.

  14. Masko, when I have been at a stall, I eat a little more and it tends to get wl back on track. Also, u may be losing inches.
  15. I'm 9 weeks out. I've lost 37 lbs. workout 5 times a week. Here is a sample of what I eat. Vitamins coffee w/creamer and Splenda Wait 30 minutes Breakfast Egg whites Snack Breaks tone live active cottage cheese lunch 3 oz chicken w/ veggies Snack Cheese dinner Some type of Protein Tea somewhere in between along with Water. After burning my daily calories, I consume about 600-700 calories.

    Sometimes I wonder if I'm losing since I look at myself everyday. When in doubt, I find pics Pre surgery. Here is one that made me happy. Lost a total of 37lbs in 9 wks.

    Sleeved May 22 SW 265 CW 228 Stay under 800 calories and work out 5x a week.
  21. I'm 9 weeks today. I feel great. The first couple of weeks I was drained. Not any more. Make sure u take your vitamins too.
