I started at 389 I'm down to 314 I started my pre op diet on 2/11 surgery 2/25....we can do this -
Actually no just conspitation no pain I exercise 4 days a week I had a stall after 3 weeks ugggghhhh but I loss 12 pounds that next week...so it happens but nearly 70lbs gone I'm loving my sleeve

Maybe less because I weighed 2 weeks ago I try to only weigh myself biweekly the scale will drive me nuts

It's ok I started my optifast 2/11 for 2 weeks lost 15 lbs I was 389 on 2/11 now I'm 325 !!!

I went to Dr Munoz he's an excellent doctor I was going to use dr wizman but he was not personable...Dr Munoz is so patient and extremely experienced
