I am scheduled for surgery on Tuesday, May 21st and I will be returning to work the following Tuesday. My doctor said one week was enough time off since I have a desk job. I have read posts with people who have taken 6 weeks off, which I believe is extreme, but hey if they are still getting paid, more power to them! -

I started my pre-op diet on May 7th, which consist of up to 5 protein shakes a day. 5 oz of lean protein and 2 cups of vegetables a day. I have lost 14 pounds! Surgery on Tuesday... -

I have heard that the supplement Sheng Fa helps prevent hairloss as well as promotes hair growth. I know several people who took it after wls and had no hair loss.
