I just completed day 6 of my pre op optifast diet and now i have 7 more days left...... The diet isnt as bad as i intended it to be. I have put myself into all kinds of situations that involved going out to restaurants to the movies and a cookout...... And the strange thing is that not being able to eat food right now isnt bothering me at all..... I have this diet 100 percent and nothing is going to get in my way -

I was diagnosed at the age of 22 and I'm now 27 it's difficult to live with -
I'm going back to my university in mid August 2 months after my surgery and will be living on campus and eating in the doing hall I hope that's not going to be a big struggle for me
