Surgery day june 12 weight was 331 July 12th 286 Labor Day challenge weight was 256 August 29th 247 yayyyyy past goal of 30 lbs wk before Labor Day! Rocking n loving my sleeve! Good luck everyone else !

That's me that's allergic to whey and I hope that is not whats going on with you guys! It's awful trying to get even 30g a day in through food but if your makin your shakes with milk try switching up to soy or silk milk. If that don't help try with water! I just don't wanna hear you guys have to go through same as me. It's making everything way harder

I was sleeved on 12th. Weighed in at 331 day if surgery n now weigh 282! Best thing I ever did for myself. Glad to see everyone doing so well

I'm only one month out but wanna join Surgery day 331 1 month post op appt today 286.1 Labor Day 256 30 lbs is alot but just starting the gym tonight good luck all!

If it helps any, it is completely normal! I am one month post op on Wednesday and that burning pain just finally stopped. There is a stitch in there to your muscle which causes all the pain. My stitch finally popped last night unlike most whose pop within 2 weeks! I am so glad that today was first day without that pain. I have one month appt tomorrow n glad to b down 37 lbs from surgery day! Good luck n hope your stitch pops sooner then mine' n u can continue on with your new life!

I had that same issue for around 10 days n then started losing again other day! It will come off! Just body catching up :-)

I was clear liquids 3 days, full liquids 4 days and the puréed a wk now soft a wk

My bible (Bariatric book lol) says 2 wks till bathing n 4 for swimming in a pool! I never wanted to swim so bad lmao cannot wait!

No drain for me... My dr said there not necessary anymore... He can get the juices during surgery n are something of the past... Thank god lol but I did have a catheter only till following morning n leak test past. Then catheter out n tray of liquids delivered!

Yes hypo here and on 225mcg of synthroid.. My dr said this surgery more then likely won't change my levels n I will still have to continue the meds lifelong. When I don't take my meds for some time I get a goiter n the thoughts scare me right back into my meds loll

Oh that's great... My sis n law was gonna go through him. We went to the seminar in march. I went through Dr Zeni at st Mary's in Livonia.. I was sleeves 6/12 and am down 27 lbs from surgery day! Had to stop all protein shakes as of today. My stomach would not tolerate them but now will b purée diet early with as many proteins as can and also a protein shot everyday! Brownstown is really close, would b nice to talk to others in area

I'm 12 days post op and get hiccups everyday, seems like at time sleeve is full! Just guessing here lol. Hardly ever hiccuped pre sleeve, so has to be some kindve sign lol
